Newest camping trip took us to Boonesborough KY, Daniel Boone State Park. On this camping trip we added 2 more campers with us, my sister-in-law Mary and nephew Ronald. Ronald was so excited to go camping and he had a pretty good time. Even though it rained on Monday for a bit the skies cleared and the camping continued. The pictures above are of the Fort and the blacksmith cabin. The fort was pretty cool, of course the power was out while we toured through it, but that was ok we still enjoyed it. 
Phillip drove his Aunt Mary crazy with either shooting her with styrofoam rockets or water pistols. Those two would have a shooting fest at each other every chance they got.
Ronald really enjoyed the night time campfires.
We finally got him to roast a marshmellow or two. Ronald didn't care for eating them, but he enjoyed looking for things to throw in the fire.
Here is the aftermath of a squirt gun fight between nephew and Aunt, hmm from the looks of Aunt Mary; Phillip seem to do a lot of the running and shooting. Oh don't think she didn't nail him a time or two. LOL

Mary did some target practice on Phillip! LOL of course Phillip did some target practice of his own on Mary; see the rocket near her knee. Nice shot- atleast this time he hit her knee instead of a boob. LOL
Ronald kicking back enjoying the camping and watching his Mom get nailed by cousin Phillip. I have learned one thing Ronald is great at swatting bee's and flies with the fly swatter! He is better then a bug zapper! LOL Well the trip went well and we enjoyed it and was glad to have Mary and Ronald with us. I have to admit it has been a crazy summer but being able to camp and have family with us, my Mom, Mary and Ronald this summer has been pretty great. Thanks for the laughs and the good times all.

Sounds like a good time! I wish we could have been there so I could be Mary's backup on the Phillip attack.
