I just like the way the tree grew. Hamburg is very shaded and well known for their trees. There are over 1000 trees and stumps that grew before it became a lake. Within the lake stand the trees and are well over 100 years old, since the 1800's. Boaters on the lake have to watch for these trees, you can see a few sticking out of the water. We have had our boat there before and you really have to watch where the trees are, some of them are right below the water level. Yep I read my pamphlet...

This old home would be the perfect pic if it wasn't for the 2 grills on the front porch.
LOL We see this home on our way to the park. Yep someone still lives in it, the funny part is they drive a brand new jeep. Just wanted to post a couple more of the pictures, from our exciting but cold weekend.
