Summer Leadership School for JrROTC...Phillip M graduation was on Saturday, after a week of physical training, survival, classroom, lectures and so on. Phillip left on Monday morning for a week of training on the Warner Robin Air Force Base; living in dorms and meeting other trainees from other schools, turned out to be a great experience for him. Before he left he would ask Danielle questions about SLS since his big sister went thru the same training while she was in school. I missed Phillip bunches and was so glad when Saturday came along and we watched as the students graduated and did their pass and review.

Pass and Review

Preparing for the pass and review

Graduated and very handsome in his uniform....

This is the first event ol dad got to attend with Phillip in his uniform..proud pop!

Alex sittin' upon his papa's Harley...he loved it and it wasn't easy trying to get him off the bike..

Alex and Lilly moment on papa's Harley....how adorable

Phillip M taking ol mom for a ride on the ATV...

Danielle and her daddy getting ready to go for a cruise on the ATV...

Papa couldn't wait until he got the ATV running again, so he could take his grand babies for a ride on the big 4 wheeler...hmmm who is enjoying more Lilly or papa?

A new big toy for Alex..he loved being on the 4 wheeler with papa. I am sure he will be reminding papa again to go for a ride....

Daughter, grand daughter hanging out in the pool celebrating Father's Day on Saturday with ol Dad since Danielle will need to spend Father's Day with her family and help her babies celebrate it with their daddy...Danielle did make the time this weekend to be with her daddy, and sent dad a pic of her on the cell holding a sign saying she loves him and Happy Fathers Day today. Hubby had a heart felt smile and loved the pic when it came thru, then Danielle called him and wished him a happy day...

Alex just a floating around in the pool Saturday..cooling off from these triple digit temps we have been getting.

Papa and Lilly do some splashing around as well...
It has been a very busy weekend...we made Father's Day a weekend event, between Saturday with the kids, swimming, ATV's, playing around. Sunday taking dad out to eat and just doing some running around, I think hubby has enjoyed this weekend very much. Now we are home and dad is kicked back watching his Nascar and just taking it easy..what else should he be doing after all it is his day...We wish every father, step-father or anyone who is almost like a father to someone a very wonderful day with those who love them and give this special day to them and let them know that they are special every day...Happy Father's Day.....
